This sale is advertised and sold as a cash in hand sale. If you do not have the cash in hand you need to make prior arrangements with the Attorney to have the funds in the Sheriff’s Office by 3PM on the date of the sale.

Cash is defined as: Cash or Certified Funds payable to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office.
